From October 16 to 18, 2026, the Tianxiang team traveled to Changsha, Hunan Province, for a three-day team-building journey under the theme “Exploring Beautiful Hunan, Strengthening the Power of Tianxiang.”
The trip brought colleagues together outside their daily working environment to experience local culture, explore historical landmarks, enjoy shared meals, and create lasting memories.
For Tianxiang, a professional silicon steel lamination manufacturer serving transformer and motor customers worldwide, the journey was an opportunity to celebrate the people behind our products.
Day 1: Discovering Art and Culture in Changsha — October 16
Our first day in Changsha included visits to the Li Zijian Art Museum and Du Fu Pavilion.
These cultural landmarks provided a refreshing change from our everyday manufacturing environment. Away from production schedules and daily responsibilities, colleagues had time to explore, exchange ideas, take photographs, and enjoy conversations.
The day was also a reminder of the importance of attention to detail. Whether appreciating creative work or manufacturing electrical steel components, patience, care, and consistent effort all matter.
At Tianxiang, these principles are relevant to our work with Laminação EI, which are widely used in transformers, inductors, and other electromagnetic devices.
Producing suitable laminations requires careful consideration of dimensions, material selection, and manufacturing consistency. Just as teamwork supports a successful journey, coordination between production processes supports reliable products.

Day 2: Exploring Yuelu Mountain, Yuelu Academy and Orange Isle — October 17
The second day focused on Changsha’s cultural heritage and natural scenery.
Our itinerary included four remarkable destinations:
- Yuelu Mountain: An opportunity to enjoy natural scenery and spend time outdoors together.
- Yuelu Academy: A historic educational landmark that reflects the value of learning and the continuity of knowledge.
- Aiwan Pavilion: A memorable stop where colleagues gathered for photographs amid the surrounding greenery.
- Orange Isle (Juzizhou): One of Changsha’s best-known landmarks, where our team captured group photos against the impressive riverside monument.
The shared experience highlighted how meaningful relationships can develop beyond the workplace.
Stronger Connections, Better Collaboration
In electrical steel processing, different manufacturing stages must work together to meet customer specifications.
Material preparation, stamping, annealing, inspection, packaging, and delivery each contribute to the final result.
