Tianxiang is built around one promise: deliver magnetic components that match drawings, meet performance targets, and stay consistent from sampling to mass production. Over the years, we have strengthened our production system with advanced equipment, standardized processes, and measurable quality control.
Our main product range includes EI lamination, UI lamination, EI core, UI core, transformer core, motor core, stator core, rotor core, and application-specific solutions such as gapped core, reactor/inductor cores, ignition coil cores, ballast cores, sensor cores, and contactor cores. These products are widely used in transformers, motors, inductors, reactors, coils, and other electromagnetic devices where reliability and repeatability matter.
To support stable delivery and scalable output, our factory operates high-precision high-speed stamping resources and supporting production lines, combined with heat treatment / annealing and electromagnetic testing. Quality is not a slogan in Tianxiang—it is a system. Key checkpoints include:
Incoming Inspection: verifying raw material grade, thickness, and traceability
Dimensional Accuracy: controlling ID/OD, slots, hole positions, and lamination alignment
Burr Control: precision stamping to reduce stacking issues, noise, and performance loss
Performance Testing: electromagnetic testing to validate core loss, permeability, and stability
Annealing Process: controlled heat treatment to stabilize magnetic properties and reduce loss

2) Smart Factory Progress: ERP + WMS for Better Traceability and Efficiency
During the annual meeting, our operations team shared a key milestone in Tianxiang’s modernization journey. Since 2015, we have advanced toward modern information management by implementing ERP in the workshop. Today, intelligent equipment is widely applied in both production and warehousing, with systems designed to improve traceability, efficiency, and delivery reliability.
Our warehouse management system (WMS) integrates smart warehousing equipment and identification technologies such as barcode, QR code, RFID, and intelligent sensing. This supports automated material inbound/outbound operations and improves accuracy across the workflow. In addition, intelligent logistics equipment integrates technologies such as vision/laser navigation, indoor positioning, and machine learning to enable dynamic dispatching, automated delivery, and route optimization.
Why does this matter to customers? Because better internal control leads to more predictable external results: clearer material traceability, fewer handling errors, stronger process stability, and more consistent lead times—especially for repeat orders and mass production programs.
3) Green Factory Commitment: Solar Power that Supports Sustainable Supply
Sustainability is now an expectation in global supply chains. At Tianxiang, we take this seriously—not as marketing, but as a practical investment in long-term manufacturing responsibility.
We have deployed a solar power system with approximately 8,000 m² of panels and 1,200 kW capacity. With an average generation of about 5,200 kWh per day, this system can cover up to 80% of our electricity demand. It helps reduce carbon emissions while lowering operating costs—allowing us to maintain stable production and offer more competitive pricing.
For customers, this commitment supports a stronger supply partnership: lower environmental impact, improved cost efficiency, and a factory roadmap aligned with long-term sustainability goals.
