Our laminations are manufactured from high-grade raw materials procured from leading Chinese steel producers, including WISCO, Bao Steel and Shou Steel. We provide CRGO (Cold Rolled Grain Oriented) and CRNGO (Cold Rolled Non-Grain Oriented), enabling tailored selection for specific application needs.
By utilizing high-performance, low-loss silicon steels and leveraging in-house technologies, we optimize the core’s magnetic path, minimize core losses, and facilitate seamless enhancement of motor efficiency.
Manufacturing process
Stamping manufacturing and core press-fitting: Punching – Stamping – Forming – Finishing – Trimming

Adopting high-quality silicon steel sheets as raw materials, precision hardware stamping molds, automatic riveting processes, and then using high precision stamping press to stamp out, maximize the integrity of the plane as well as the precision of the product.

Production Capacity
The workshop has introduced two sets of high-speed cutter machings, 56 high-speed punches 25T-200T, 20 low-speed punches, 18 shearing machines, with a daily capacity of up to 150T a day. The average daily capacity of heat treatment is 20T.
